I named this for a Sim I just made named Griffin Grimm, name was randomized, he's a #lazy #slob whos also #clumsy, and he has a little dog named Gus who is part #Pitbull and #MiniPincher The house it's self is kind of Grimm, so it fits, its furnished cheaply, so its not for a fancy type, though it's not a starter either!
