This is my favorite build so far. A modest upscale home for your sim family. It has a laundry room, office, large gourmet kitchen that opens into the living area. The completely private master suite is on the second floor with a terrace overlooking the backyard that includes a hot tub. Great for entertaining with a large deck and fishing pond.
