This starter in Brindleton Bay has two bedrooms but only one is furnished. It has everything you need for your sim to live. I used most of the budget in the kitchen because I love parenthood counters and can't bring myself to use the cheapest ones with ugly swatches. This home also has #laundry, which could be replaced with something more practical if you'd like. I'm just not very good at #starter homes. I think this one is pretty cute though.
