Potters Splay
I don't know how in the world this #twobedroom #onebathroom #familyhome ended up so expensive, but here it is. I've got this one placed on the #PottersSplay lot in #WillowSprings, but it should be versatile enough for a variety of neighborhoods. I tried to keep it pack-limited, too, so this one just uses #laundryday and #parenthood and maybe a couple items from #seasons. Otherwise, it should be #basegame. Enjoy!
