Took inspiration from a house I had seen on Google. The house is really a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath but there isn't really a way to say that. House does have a laundry room. If you aren't into the laundry stuff, you could take out the laundry room and make that a bathroom while removing the half bath near the kitchen.
