The Quarter Alley was one of Willow Creek's first commerce center when the first settlers arrived. Years later, Metrocorp has purchased almost the entire boardwalk for their gentrification project. The Quarter Alley remained strong. The the newly built Crawdad Cinema and the newly opened night alley, it became a stop for all residents looking for a good time.
