The house was made for a family of 3, with a toddler included, but it can easily be changed to have a kids/teen bedroom. It has a master bedroom with a bathroom, the toddler bedroom has a badroom with a bathtub and there's a half-bath downstairs, livingroom with a tv, dining room and full kitchen.
