A series of renovations had restored this mid-century house to its former glory. The Sands Family were in need of something traditional but large enough to accomodate a few generations. This house had the family feel they wanted but wasn't uite large enough, so I built in a granny annexe, added a garden studio and replaced all of the windows and doors.
