This family home is for a larger family with 2 childs bedrooms, 2 teens, one toddlers bedroom, the master bedroom and of course an extra bedroom located on the ground floor (butlers/spare bedroom). the two teens bedroom have a conjoint bathroom. I have put in a play room on the ground floor as well.
