Based on the house from the 2006 version of "When A Stranger Calls", which is by far the best part of the movie. Has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an enormous entertaining area, a home theater, a gym, a sauna, a library (with a secret room), a BBQ, a painting area, and, most importantly, a stunning indoor garden.
