Watermill home on a large lake surrounded by nature. Also features second building upon the hill which is currently furnished as a gym. Play tested, mostly working (except Sims won't use bridge - but the path is circular so everything is still accessible). Waterfall could be improved using items from the island pack, but I do not own that, so I had to make do!
