When your sims have finished building the rocket it will still work. (I tested it) This home is an old missile silo that was turned into a home and the sims use the missile silo to build a rocket so they can explore space, they even have a lab on the bottom floor. This build has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom but also an extra toilet and a decontamination room/shower on the lab floor.
