Don't these screenshots show everything? XD Anyway I took my shot at a more traditional Japan inspired build, though with clear signs of modernisation. It has a #nakaniwa and I tried to do this where the bathroom is in a separate wing like it used to be in the traditional large houses. The kitchen also was kind of separate from the main house.
