Kin-Ship
It's an acclectic pirate ship. Everything is mostly functional, you may have to have the sim move closer to the object you want to use because they don't path to it automatically in some spots. One half of the bed in the downstairs bedroom is unuseable and I don't know why but I have already spent eight hours on this.
