This house is for big family with lots of kids ~ First floor has one kids room for 2 sims, master bedroom, nurse room, 2 bathrooms and kitchen/dining room and living room. ~ In second floor you have another kidsroom for 2 sims, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms for teens which one has two single beds and one has one douple bed. ~ In terrace you can grill, swim, work out and/or your kids can play on monkey bar. ~ Hope my writing in English wasn't to unreadable.
