Hi Kawaii!! This is a very nice large home for kawaii's 100 baby challenge. You can replace the beds with custom content bunk beds if its eaiser.I tried to keep the rooms unisex. Its just under 100,000 as you wished ;)(It was very hard to keep it under 100k). Also I couldn't squeeze in a 3rd bath. I added a little hot tub in the back as well as a pool and entertainment area. I do have the computer and easel, but unfortunely i dont have the tredmill. i really hope you like it!! #Kawaii100baby
