This is my build for the #KateEmeraldShellChallenge. It is an open floor plan family home, with a formal livingroom/music room, den/tv room, eat-in kitchen, a sunroom-gym, laundry room, and a half-bath all on the first floor. 2nd level: Master bed & bathroom; kids' room, both with balconies. Hot tub access to master. Pool, kids' play area in yard. (This is only the 3rd house I've built, so I'm still learning. Haven't mastered roofing, terrain, and lots more!) Use MOVE OBJECTS ON when placing.
