Hi Kate, This is my attempt at the #KateEmeraldShellChallenge I really enjoyed doing this and would love to do more like it. There is no 50x40 lot in Sulani with water so I built it on the 50x50 lot so if you place it make sure to place it on the 50x50 lot in Lani St. Taz, Sulani otherwise the boathouse and one of the pools wont make any sense. The stairs at the front had disappeared since there is no terrain editing on water lots but I added them back in with a walk way. Hope you like it!
