A reno of Waterside Warble. I pretty much kept the building exactly and I didnt't change the 1st floor floorplan - I did add a second floor and some outdoor seating. It's basically 98% basegame and city living with like 2 things that aren't. (i.e. two spa day lights on the second floor and 3 wine racks from dine out.)
