I recreated The Solar Flare into a modern, fancier lounge/karaoke bar combo. The lot is fully functional as both a karaoke bar and a loungeif you prefer it either way. There is also a large, gorgeous kitchen on the lot perfect for parties. There is one large karaoke room on the first floor, and three smaller rooms on the second floor.
