I renovated the Waterside Warble! I kept the downstairs mostly the same, I just organized the downstairs a little better. But the upstairs and the outside are completely different. I turned the upstairs into a kinda semi grungy hotel, while the outside still keeps it's industrial vibe. This lot not only works as a karaoke bar, but also as a restaurant. The hotel and restaurant are a bit sus... But this place is perfect for a Rags To Riches challenge! #Reno #Renovation #CityLiving #KaraokeBar
