Welcome to Apartment Duplex! The ground floor has a common recreational room, a mini gym, a common laundry room & a bathroom. 1st floor is an apartment for a small family (two of the bedrooms in the entire lot are empty so you can decorate them as you wish) & the 2nd & 3rd floor is a two-storey bigger apartment.
