In the Shell Challenge #justiceforcowplants, I have made it into a Water Park in Oasis Springs. Since there is no realistic way to do this in the sims, the slides, pools and activities are in the back, and inside is a front desk, lounge, cafe, skill building items, a restroom, locker room and bar!
