This base game #starterhome is just over #18k simoleons and sleeps up to 4 people (1 double and 2 single beds). It's very basic inside but could easily be improved with some more simoleons. I have built an extension style room at the back which opens onto a patio. It even includes a computer, albeit a very cheap one. #suburban #cheap #family #basegame
