I built you a medium family home. Placed it in Windenberg on the small island next to the Villareals. It was not very easy to stay under 20k and still leave some starting capital for the dear Marshall. That's why there is still some deco missing here and there^^ It has a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a baby/toddler room, a children's room with 2 beds and a still empty room which can be used e.g. as a teenroom.
