Coffee Bean Corner in Magnolia Promenade is the perfect place to grab a coffee, sit and relax. Your sims can chat with their friends and stroll around looking at the lovely gardens. The lot is set up at the moment as a #cafe but can easily be switched over to a #retail space. There is a little #knitting shop where your sims can sell their knitted goodies. There is also a little #juicefizzing to make and sell juice. I've added a #sellingtable to use when lot is a cafe. Pls place with #MOO
