I've tried to renovate Johnny Zests's place. Poor guy, not only got kicked out by the Landgraab's, but hasn't got much to spend on his house. I've managed to stay inside his budget though, and went for a Bachelor's starter-vibe. And it's only basegame. Perfection. #johnnyzest #renovation
