Deli and James, I decided to do a MAJOR reno of your new home. So, I tore down some walls and created another bathroom for you (instantly adding value to your home). I also created a laundry/mudroom for you. The old "guest" room is now your master, giving you a huge walk-in closet, which gives your guest a nice sized bedroom.
