Have done a basic renovation, more budget friendly tweaking of the kitchen layout, still with the bonus room at the front extra room great for resale. James has the side office with the rags to riches chair, whilst you deli get the garden view. Havn't does as much detail to the garden as i have no clue what to do with an Australian garden (being from the rainy UK) #jelihouse #deligracy
