The infamous Deli and James residence reno- kitchen upgrade with minor interior changes- major structural wall intact. I gave Deli a nice view from her office with a sprinkler for the pup. James got the office he wanted, with the shelf he likes and a green screen. Car port placed with proper distance from main street, back wall converted to fence and home gym added.
