I know I'm late to the party, I didn't have access to my computer till recently. Anyhoo. This is all pretty minor and budget friendly upgrading. You could probably do most of it yourself(other than the kitchen). Removing walls to open spaces up, adding archways instead of doors for more open feel with an easy flow, putting the laundry in the bathroom and expanding it just a bit to fit it all comfortably, screened in porch, and I put a dogwashing station in the shower, #jelihouse #deligracy
