Jazz lounge remodeled from an old saloon/opera house(was my inspiration).Replete with VIP lounge & entrance. USE MOVE OBJECTS CHEAT BEFORE PLACING LOT! This is showing the side and back of the converted building. The front entrance is in the back for all the common folk. I PLAYTEST my builds, however i didn't get to test the VIP bath, however it should be okay.
