Pardon my ignorance, lol. But I was trying to go for a Modern Japanese/Chinese inspired home. I built this for a specific Sim; but the house is built for 2 female roommates. Some color changes to the downstairs bedroom, and it could easily be for a male Sim as well. It does have a swimming pool in the back yard, and a fun pond around the front yard.
