Original work by @CatSaar and reworked by @Mello42000 (search tokyo suburbs and their two versions will come up). @CatSaar's was beautiful but made with expantion packs and @Mello24000 made it a base game shell soI decided to decorate the neighboorhood. There are 7 apartments and I reworked the cafe into a sento bath, even though it will probably work more like a pool if you play.
