I renovated this house for my evil villan sim. The idea is that he inherrited is grandma's house and ran out of money before he could make it as grand as he wanted. Also, he has terrible taste. There is one main bedroom at the back of the house obviously inhabited by a hapless "evil mastermind" who is a bit messy. There is also a treasure chest on the property.
