Most recently I've been watching one of his older Rags to Riches YouTube videos for the Get To Work pack: https://tinyurl.com/y2a7bd8t about a sim who makes her fortune by running an art gallery selling her own paintings, So I got inspired to make a gallery for a sim that would like to do the same. I tried to keep it as cheap as possible and I left lots of room for expansion when you eventually will need it. I highly recommend you watch James's video first.
