Got the idea from #JamesTurnerYT, but didn't have any lots his size. Gray is playable house, and I've also added a #basement, because I need at least 3 adult sims in here, and I figured there'd be a basement in this type of house. #nocc Add your flooring and walls, as I'm likely using CC.
