This lighthouse keeper - Malcolm Fraser - has been here a loooooong time, he even stayed maintaining the lighthouse when the shack was abandoned and people came and set up camp in the woods below! He knows the stone circle in there is magic and can bring confused people from all different times to this special place and he helps them back on their way. Some say he has the ability - who knows?
