Texas farmhouse with some modern touches. Has 3 bedrooms and 4 bath with 2 additional rooms that can be turned into a game room, art room or however you want to use them. There is also an office with a murphy bed. I didn't add to much detail but just enough to get started. That way when you move your sim family in, you can make it to their style and add items you need for them. Also you can see there is a Texas shaped pool in the backyard!
