This small one bedroom ville was one of the first homsteads in this town. Currently there are no known issues with the house everything is in working order, and the back field was recently upgraded. The house has never been upgraded since it was build other than adding electricity. There is a chicken coup and live stock shed, and a new outdoor bar and grill with hot tub.
