Hi Deli and James! In this renovation I suggest closing off the "extra room" and turning it into a bathroom connected to the living space instead of the kitchen. This provides more value with a second bath and an expanded kitchen. You could also move your laundry to this new bathroom and thus increase the size of the smallest bedroom. (I don't have the laundry pack to indicate this, sorry!) I also tried to redesign the patio walls. #jelihouse #deligracy #jamesturneryt
