Abandoned Factory
#JamesTurnerShellChallenge #JamesTurnerYT SIMReality Real Estate took over this furniture warehouse to turn it into a prime location for up and coming sims. It's been changed to a modernized industrial apartment building with three luxury apartments (one being a penthouse) and a common area on the ground floor. Renovations didn't change too much of the existing structure, save for some new walls and a paint refresh for the windows and some of the brick. Enjoy!
