None of the base lots had enough bedrooms for my current family, so I made one. Here's a 3 bedroom little home designed for a family to move into. Open plan lower floor and other assets inspired by the pre-made #IslandLiving houses. I'm using this to replace #LagoonLook so idk how it fits on other lots. I also added Sunny Aspect trait because it made sense to me.
