This is a redesign, plus added on two more houses, from James Turner (TheSimSupply) build. I'm not trying to take credit so it all goes to him because he's awesome. There is potential for at least 12 bedrooms including the basements but it's up to whoever does dowload this to do what they like. There's also 12 bathrooms including the basements.
