Izakaya Ippai is the perfect place to meet up with friends before embarking on an evening of fun in Senbamachi's entertainment district. The district is a collection of Karaoke bars and clubs plus some local eateries for a great night out. (I quite liked the original Maxis build, so I made some tweaks and built around it).
