Usually you get a budget of 10K but I wanted the overall cost to be that of a #starterhome so I reduced it even lower and kept it #basegame only. To save money the homeowners had to do a lot of the updating themselves, restaining the kitchen cabinets, dining room set and the patio! They hired local artist #ItzSpiffy to fill the home with #affordable pieces.
