I promised myself I wasn't going to do any building for a few days....and I ended up building. This remodel of the Pier Perfection home that came with Island Living was created for the Evil Merman sim I will be playing. While it's not an actual starter home, it's about as close as I'll probably ever get to creating one. It's definitely the cheapest residence I've ever created.
