Not my build; but I did a lot to the house. Added 2nd and 3rd floors. Master bedroom w/ master bath on top floor. Twin girl children's room and nursery on the second. Small office, laundry closet, and balcony on the second floor too. Closed up the downstairs and converted deck to outside didning area with hot tub.
