I followed a traditional floorplan, with room in the entry for stairs leading to a second floor for when it's affordable; adding one large and two smaller bedrooms upstairs would follow the traditional floorplan. The only skill item is a bonsai for jump-starting gardening; I tried to avoid electricity, but included a radio and tv. #starter #irish #cottage
