This is set up for decades challenge: no electricity (except the laptop upstairs for starting), outhouse/potty-bush, old appliances and skill items. There is a garden for each season, with seed packs to start. I did not include the servant cottage or coffin in the basement in the bedroom count; only master is furnished (there are two rooms in the attic as well as across the hall).
